There was no rejoicing today as a previously young and free patient developed a nasty ulcer, which strangely looked like Australia, and was completely girt by oedema.
The ulcer’s bounds were far from nature’s gifts, with really no beauty nor riches and was obviously some kind of rare pathogen.
