The champagne was flowing today as a large discount optical chain celebrated their 100th optometrist leaving to study medicine.
Staff were treated to dinner at a local medium level dining establishment where the marketing team played a touching video montage of all of the optometrists who became jaded with optometry, and in a desperate and misplaced bid for happiness chose to commit years and hundreds of thousands of dollars towards a different career path.
