Tom Chadwick explained “Windows & Bones is a fast moving, progressive, data driven company aimed at appealing to millennials and anyone dense enough to buy medical devices via unregulated online channels. We will be giving the ultimate online experience in-person”

The Windows & Bones ‘360 degree online in-person experience’ occurs entirely within their father’s optometry practice, and will include:

  • A space where frames can be placed behind a cardboard cutout of a computer monitor to see what the frames would look like if they were sold online
  • The ability to argue with a help desk operator live in person behind a glass screen
  • A special corner set up like a real bedroom where patients can go to regret their purchase once they receive it

Windows & Bones have raised $160 million in venture capital funding.
