Practice Who Pride Themselves On Their Ethics Celebrate Annual Horse Whipping Event

Watch out for next week's abattoir themed spectacle sale

Melbourne, Australia: The champagne was flowing today at Big Picture Optical Care as staff donned their fanciest headwear to celebrate the whipping of animals for entertainment and gambling.

Big Picture Optical Care’s website uses phrases including “ethical practitioners”, “the most caring attitude” and “principled health care” to describe themselves.

Today started out with a bang as staff arrived one by one to be greeted by a champagne cocktail on their desks. All patients of the practice also received an email blast promoting their “fun spectacle specials”.

Owner of Big Picture Optical Care, Debbie Freedman said “we just love dressing up today, it’s all in good fun. I really encourage the staff to get into it and show our patients how much we love being a bit silly while we gather around to watch some horses be whipped for entertainment”.

Unfortunately just as today’s festivities were ramping up, the day took a turn for the worse as an optical dispenser tripped on a PD ruler and fell breaking his leg in the process. The dispenser was promptly taken out the back and shot, which regulators later agreed was all in good fun.
