As the nation mourns the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, prominent Guernsey optical chain Specsavers have begun preparations for a 21 puff salute to farewell her Majesty.
The 21 puffs will occur at all UK ‘stores’ and will coincide with King Charles’ eulogy. Any patient having tonometry done at the time will get to share the honour by being puffed 21 times.
