Red Light Therapy Study Authors Refute Claim Their Studies Are Dangerous

A group of researchers involved in the early red light therapy for myopia control studies have refuted claims that their methods were dangerous.

Much like the off-label use of atropine without fully informing parents of that fact, early red light therapy studies have drawn criticism.

Dr Pew Pew told our reporters “if blue light is bad then obviously red light is good. It’s so obvious. Also, we know it’s safe an effective because there has never been a documented case of myopia in a child within 200feet of a KFC or other brightly red-lit chicken restaurant. If that’s enough for you then maybe you’re the one with the problem.”
