A graduate ophthalmologist of highly privileged upbringing is struggling to work out how to afford to live, now that he is finally expected to fund his own livelihood.
Dr Theodore Wiltshire is the son of wealthy tobacco farmers from Gloucestershire and despite now earning a graduate medical specialist salary, he is finding that most of it is quickly spent on hiring the suits he is required to wear to work on a daily basis.

Dr Wiltshire seems completely unaware that suits are actually able to be purchased and appears to be naively of the opinion that all of the other doctors he works with must also hire their suits for expensive daily rates.
“I just don’t know how anyone gets ahead. I’ve only ever worn a suit for my high school graduation and my brother’s wedding and both times I hired it so I figure that’s just what I’m meant to do. To be honest, renting 5-6 days a week is really expensive.”
“i keep running late for work too because the suit hire place opens at 9am. i don’t know how the other doctor’s manage it. i feel like i’m missing something’

When our reporters told Dr Wiltshire about the option of purchasing a suit, he was instantly relieved.
“Really? You can just buy them? Thank goodness. I was sent to boarding school and no-one ever taught me this shit. Can you take me there like, right now? Also, can we go past the bowling alley, I need to return some shoes.”
