Balding Optometrist Worried His Anterior Scotoma Is Getting Worse

Keith Stephenson's body hair density does not correlate at all to his anterior hairline

It’s 2am and local optometrist Keith Stephenson is having yet another soul crushing look in the mirror as he realises that his hairline is almost certainly getting thinner.

Stephenson has been intensively monitoring his anterior scotoma for some time and despite all of his best efforts to halt the progression, his pattern loss most certainly has deteriorated in the last 12 months.

Stephenson has tried most conventional remedies and recently has even commenced intensive self-prescribed topical prostaglandin therapy to the affected areas.

Practice manager Shona Peters isn’t so sure that Stephenson’s hair loss is all natural. “He probably zapped half the hair off his own stupid head with that IPL he’s been playing with. I’m pretty sure the burning smell’s not normal. I just can’t wait to find a better job. Do you know anyone hiring?”
